David Hearn - BA Hons(Oxon)
Chairman
David has a long career as CEO and Chairman of a number of international product and services companies.
He was born and educated in the UK and graduated from Oxford University with a first class honours degree in English.
David's career includes roles in London, Barcelona, New York and Sydney including CEO of Goodman Fielder in Australia, which he ran for seven years until 2001. He transformed the business from an unfocused broad based international food group, into a focused, branded retail business, concentrating on the Australasian region.
On leaving Goodman Fielder David moved to New York, firstly as Chairman and CEO of Bates Advertising and then as the Group CEO of the Cordiant Group, which at the time was the fifth largest global media and marketing services group in the world. Having initiated the eventual sale of the company to WPP, David stayed on with the group to facilitate the integration process and thereafter moved his family back to the UK.
David joined WDScott in January 2008 as executive chairman and brings with him an interest in helping lead and grow the firm to its potential as a leading international services and consulting company.
Dr Stephen Moss - BD, STM, DM, MICD, CMC, FAICD

Stephen has over 25 years professional experience as a CEO and Partner in professional services and consulting firms including 14 years as a Managing Partner with PWC, Gemini Consulting, IBM and Cardno Acil. He is now on several services firm boards as a major investor and advisor through his private advisory firm Eaton Square. Stephen’s consulting background includes professional mediation, mergers and acquisition work, capital raising and restructures and change management. He also has a professional background in law, psychology and business. Stephen’s other directorships include Advent Lawyers, an incorporated law firm, The ODIN Institute, Child Fund and he was a founding director and past Chairman of Pathways Foundation, a harm prevention charity promoting contemporary rites of passage for boys and young men.
As well as his role as a non executive board member Stephen has an advisory relationship with WDScott leading the firm’s corporate and capital markets direction, financial strategy and the M&A work of the firm.
Steve Charnock

Steve qualified as a chartered accountant in 1986 and then joined Charterhouse Securities, an institutional stockbroker, as a building and construction analyst in 1986, later becoming a Managing Director and Head of Research. In the Reuters survey for UK smaller companies he was voted the number one construction analyst in 2000 and 2001 before leaving to set up his own consultancy business in early 2003. He has worked on IPO’s, rights issues, placings, disposals and acquisitions.
Bob Munzberg - BT, FIE, JMA, FAICD

Board Member
Bob has over 25 years consulting experience. He was CEO of the South Australian Centre for Manufacturing and leader of the National Technology Transfer Group responsible for evaluating and adapting Japanese, European and US manufacturing approaches and technology for Australian industry.
Bob is now involved in leading the ongoing development of the firm’s managing and developing domestic and international consulting assignments in delivering operational improvement programs to using process modelling methods and integrating manufacturing logics.
Bob specializes in and program development, process modelling and analysis, operational improvement, performance laboratory methods, continuous improvement, Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methods.
John Paul - BComm, MComm, CMC
CEO & Director, Asia
John has over 20 years consulting and senior executive experience, including partnership at Coopers and Lybrand (PWC) and CEO of a leading national building supplies public company. He has worked extensively throughout the Asia Pacific rim undertaking assignments which have involved Corporate and Business Strategy, Market Investigations and Strategic Marketing, Performance Improvement and Business Transformation. He has been responsible for WDScott in Australia for the past three years - a period of rapid growth in revenues and brand awareness.
John’s areas of professional interest include the linkages between corporate vision, values and strategy and the implementation of these directional elements at all levels of the organisation to help realise client’s performance improvement goals. He has a particular interest in customer centric approaches to organic growth and realising competitive advantage through sales effectiveness programs aligned with enhanced customer experiences through a variety of distribution channels and media.
David Leaney - BEng(Comms), MSc(Aero), MBA(TechMgmt), FAIM, CMC

David is a management consultant and project manager who understands technology. With Masters' degrees in technology and business administration, and international training in England, Belgium and the US, David applies his skills, qualifications and experience to engage business involvement in technology initiatives.
David's consulting experience covers a range of business and technology assignments and although he has strong technical skills, his real focus is the application and leverage of technology to achieve business outcomes. David is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management, and a Certified Management Consultant.
David was an Executive Director and the head of the Consulting Practice at Clear Lead Pty Ltd prior to the merger with WDScott, and has held senior consulting and project management positions with several organisations, including IBM. David has also been Project Director for major technology and telecommunications implementations, including Australia's largest IP Telephony rollout. David is also sought as a facilitator for executive workshops and the development of corporate strategy.
Peter Bergin – B.Comm, B.A, Grad Dip Accounting, MBA, CPA, GAICD
Executive Director WDScott Ltd and Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Peter has more than twenty years financial management experience predominantly gained in the professional services, telecommunications, and international development assistance industries; including positions at Cardno Ltd (Director and CFO, International Division), Telstra, Cable & Wireless ( in London) and OXFAM.
Peter joined the WDScott group as CFO in August 2008, assuming responsibility for all aspects of its financial and administrative management globally, and assisting the Board in mergers and acquisitions activities and strategy.
Peter has undergraduate degrees in Economics and Philosophy, and post graduate qualifications in management in addition to formal accounting qualifications.
